From the present study, it is evident that, among the three supplements used, MOL has the significant antioxidant potential in the
meat samples. Therefore consumption of diet supplement with MOL
could be a useful source to protect the animals from oxidative stress induced diseases and to improve the quality of meat for human
consumption. The protective effect of MOL may explain its extensive
use in life and possible health benefit. The level of fatty acid and phenolic content as well as the proximate composition in MOL lend credence
to the data obtained in the present study
