For Entitlement Key - SN required enforce at contract
Note that if the SN provided by the customer is not active or not covered, still include it in the SN field and proceed. SCM will entitle the case based on the contract only.
For Entitlement Key – Enforce at PID
In order to proceed with case creation we need at least the PID of the product that the customer needs support on to be covered under the contract. For instance the customer needs support with a catalyst 2960, the SN is expired or the customer doesn't have one, but the contract is listing some some other catalyst 2960 covered. In this case we can proceed to open a case
