Just to update you on several discussions in yesterdays MC , and get your confirmation that we in srd are on the same page as other teams Rollout for sme_s- including simplified credit forms, co sign authorities,transfer of collections from branch to collections-there was an expectation that all these have been finalised, srd is rolling information and instructions, and sep 1 things will go live At branches.pl confirm
New bus centre: there was an expectation that the actual business centre rollout will start sept 1 (or a date will be shared by noel). I know you folks have identified roles /tasks for M/l customers across branches /business centres- but do we have plan dates for roll out/any major outstanding items
Trade finance system_there was discussion on using only 1 tf system by december- that would mean making some enhancements to that system (it) ,manual work arounds and proceedures (srd). I did hear that k Nina is involved too- but wanted your confirmation on comfort on resources to support/ dates / clarity in requirements etc
