Essential Job Functions:
1. Verify accounting vouchers and transactions such as payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
2. Check daily income and expense report and commission report.
3. Handle monthly account closing to be completed within 4 working days. Ensure that all accounts are booked properly and accurately.
4. Review and Reconcile sub-ledger of each Balance Sheet account
5. Review Taxation expense before submission to the Revenue department on schedule.
6. Facilitate and Supervise tasks to the accounting staffs
7. Responsible for annual audit
8. Performs and supports the internal control procedure and policy
9. Advises manager and/or director on possible improvements and recommend changes in current processes
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
