This is an immediate installation request and as you know that we have taken out from out office lay-out the place for videoconference during the construction period.
We weren’t been notified beforehand of the delivery date of the equipment and we were surprised to meet the people from Westcon Solution Philippines yesterday.
As they have already unloaded the television set in our building docking area, we have acknowledged receipt of the item and showed them around the office. They haven’t inspected the premises before the delivery and they have only seen yesterday that we do not have available power outlet and network cabling if we will install the equipment at the boardroom.
My discussion with Westcon Solution is to send me an email of the requirements that they’ll be needing for the installation of the video-conference which in turn that I’ll send to your attention. As of this writing, I haven’t received any email from Westcon.
Furthermore to the aforementioned, the other reason why we want to defer the installation on January 2016, December is such a busy month for us considering it is the last month of the year. Mike is busy attending to various business permits as well as office purchases and deliveries. Also, we have already scheduled our vacation leave and I will be out of the office from Dec 17 to Jan 6 while Mike will be on vacation starting Dec 22 to January 4.
