calculated, the payment will be paid according to actual work done at job
site.
2) Payment condition :-
a) Monthly payment
Will be paid according to the work done at the job site from the 21st day
to the 20th day of the following month and deduction 10% as the
retention and the Employee shall submit invoice to the Employer within
the 25th day of each month and payment will be made on the 26th day of
the following month.
b) Retention
10% of the price of the work done as invoiced by the Employee for each
month shall be retained by the Employer until completion of the entire
installation work under this contract, and payment therefore shall then be
made by the Employer to the Employee against the EmployeeAs
submission of a Bank Guarantee (use form bank guarantee of the
Employer) for retention payment for the said retained amount for a
validity period of fifteen months from the date of Project completion and
receiving the Completion Certificate from the Owner in order to guarantee
the proper installation and maintenance of the completed installation work
and to cover the costs of any necessary repairs and / or adjustments.
2.3 Remark :
a) In case any of the dates specified in the aforementioned paragraph 2.2 falls on a
public holiday, such date shall be postponed to the following business day.
b) The above contract price does not include VAT.
c) Income withholding tax 3% will be deducted from each payment.
