Just wanted to update you on a small design change. The HR leadership feel that the tracking of one off payments such as MIP, SIP and LTIP should not be in scope for the moment. This is primarily due to the administration model in APAC - to track these means extra effort to enter into both systems.
So MIP, EIP, SIP, LTIP, Service awards, Best employee awards - all of these will be stored in HRC only for the moment.
