We, in Trade Air are taking Quality, Safety and Security as a prime consideration in our business
philosophy. Full support is provided to all employees, at all times, to improve Quality, Safety and
Security culture within Trade Air.
Quality, Safety and Security are integrated into TDR Management System.
In order that we continue to satisfy our customers and achieve continuous improvement, our
organization is built on the principle that Quality, Safety and Security are responsibility of each
employee. Our Quality, Safety and Security system provides an umbrella under which everyone in the
organization can strive and create customer satisfaction.
Frontline operational personnel are often in the best position to observe and identify hazards and
conditions that could lead to accidents or incidents. Therefore we encourage a non-punitive reporting
system to improve our everyday operations and prevent occurrences.
Each TDR employee shall be committed to operate according to national law, international standards
and industry best practice. TDR will, in all States where it is providing aviation transport service,
collaborate with all security forces implementing national security program and providing security
services to national and international civil aviation, and will apply all prescribed security measures.
Highly trained, motivated and satisfied employees are the key factor in the developing and continuous
improvement of our Quality, Safety & Security system.
