By using three different amine ligands, TiO2nanoparticles with spherical morphology and aggregation sizes via two steps hydrothermal method were synthesized and its application in DSSC were investigated. For high conversion efficiency, the size of TiO2nanoparticle is very important because of its specific surface area. The dye-sensitized solar cells were fabricated from products. TiO2 nanoparticles based solar cell sensitized with N719 dyes showed the maximum conversion efficiency of 2.6%.
