Mr Kian Yap and I concurred that the debts and overdue payments should be done by the sales staff.
In Malaysian culture, all the sales people are responsible for the debt collections especially when commissions are paid out for these sales.
In fact, some companies will make sales staff bear a certain percentage if the debts become “rotten” and not collectable.
However, our admin or account departments can occasionally help out if the sales staff are “overloaded”, busy or on leave.
