Firstly, I think Ben maybe is not very clear and simple, I have the following that would like to clarify:-
1) Now that the RMA has been switched to RMA CN, there should be no issue when you return the new card to the end user, since we will give u the CN and is more time efficient for ARL and end user support.
2) It is only sometime that there is a difference on the warranty that the audit team is curious, because some of the cards found are actually over the 3 years warranty, (some has reached over 10-12 months for the warranty expiry date), however, this would now also be solved, as now we are offering C/N to cover, that should solve all time lapse issue as everything is immediate.
3) As for the listed outstanding or expired card, I am suggesting a one off support to special portion batch we arrange a one last time new RMA shipment in cards to cover, so Ascenti do not lose out.
While this transition is in place.
4) Like said the RMA CN will and is the best way so both party do not lose out in warranty time.
I will be on this case very serious to support the transition and ensure Ascenti do not lose out.
