Rotary valve stops if T1 drops under 150°C (by 155°C set temperature) Temperatures and gas valve control T1 temp is the temp who is determined by taking the average of T1-A, T1-B, T1-C, T1-D and the ones that fall in the 93.5% range of the average value. Temperatures under that value (%93,5) are not included to average calculation until that value is achieved. Operator is warned by signalling PT 100 symbol, which sensor is out of range (<93,5% of average value), on SCADA. Burner and feed has to be stopped by Operator if there isn’t any change on temperature values of PT 100 which is out of range for a long time (between 10 -15 minutes). Only blower has to continue running and operator has to check if there are any blockages on the side of the highlighted PT100. In this case short stops and starts should be done by the operator at the outlet rotary valve as first steps. If this will not help some hits with plastic hammer on the non-isolated legs of the kiln close to the PT100 to be done to achieve product movement and release minor blockages.
