Maximum qualified annual bonus shall equate to no more than six months base salary (not including increments and benefits) for achievement of 150% of all goals. Such bonus includes all commissions and incentive payments which will be deducted from the bonus calculation and the difference shall be paid to the employee as bonus.
No Bonus is guaranteed, bonus is paid at the discretion of the Board of Directors and is directly and only dependent on the performance review of the company and the employees contribution to the success of the company.
