Enhancing evidence-based supported employment A variety of interventions are emerging that appear to enhance employment outcomes attained by high fidelity evidence-based supported employment. As a first step other programs and low fidelity SE programs can move towards greater adoption of evidence based practices. Once high fidelity has been achieved, a range of supplementary programs can be considered. A key success criterion is the proportion attaining competitive employment. If this falls below the average 60% reported in the research, more program development is indicated.
