18/3/2015 the insured has logged the complaint and attached the screen capture of LINE program as an evidence that she has request to cancel her policy since 8/12/2014. The agent told her that she delayed to submit the cancellation request to GT. So, she transferred money 882 Baht to her and also said that there is no charge for a premium via her credit card but currently, her credit card account still be charged for the premium.
