Annual Leave entitlement crieteria:
1. Annual Leave (AL) can be take by staff immediately after joining the company
2.If staff resigns , any extra annula leave will be deducted from the last salary
Staff Card:
1. HR will issue the staff card upon confirmation of the staff along with the confirmation letter
Probation Period:
1. the probation period for all staff will be 3 months.
2. The GM may decide to extend the probation period in certain cases
3. HR will generate the list of the staff who will be due for confirmation for the particular month, and the list will be sent to GM for their approval
Festive Payout:
1. The payout for CNY will be as follows:
For part time staff:
CNY EVE:
2 X PART TIME RATE
CNY 1ST. DAY : 2 X PART TIME RATE
For Full Time staff:
CNY EVE:
1.5 X $8
CNY 1ST. DAY :1.5 X $8
Work for 2 days in in CNY AND GET 3 DAYS OFF IN LIEU
