Managing the payroll process including checking on Time attendance, staff status either new join/resign/terminated, overtime etc. to employees timely and accurately
• Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
• Ensuring the accuracy of relevant Government reports such as Social Security, Workmen Compensation and others.
• Provide employee services for personal and confidential information upon request, such as Bank Certificate, Visa Letter etc.
• Ensuring HR services and solutions are delivered with the “right quality” at the “right cost” and on the “right time”
