2.8. Statistical analysis
All measurements were performed five times. For DPV, baseline
correction of the voltammograms was used and peaks height
measured as described above.
Statistical evaluation of a single sample was performed at
significance level of 5% by SPSS for Windows software (SPSS Inc.,
USA). All data were expressed as the X ± DX with X as average value
and DX as confidence interval.
AOC values for different wines (groups of red and white wines)
were expressed as X ± SD with X the average value and SD the standard
deviation. Differences between parameters were tested for
significant using the Student’s t-test; p < 0.05 was considered as
statistically significant.
