The 50 kg B Line hoist fell from the track at 1pm on September 16th while Joe, the operator, was operating it to hang barrels. He made the hoist go forward without connecting the track first. When the hoist moved to the end of the track, the stopper of the track was out of order and thus did not stop the hoist. As a result, the hoist fell from the track to the ground. Joe was shocked and fell to the ground, which caused slight swelling on the forehead and some abrasions on the left arm. He was sent to Xiaogang Hospital right away. After X-ray examination, no further injury was found.
