I think the different topics are self-explaining.
In principal, you have to follow up on measures & actions on each customer (Evonik, Styrolution, Solvay etc.). Please ignore this copy and paste mistake below.
Regarding Styrolution we spoke several times about the “3-step approach”
First Step was your visit last week on Thursday
Second step is the follow-up step together with me in Feb. (I already wrote 3 emails regarding this beside discussing with you in BKK)
Third step is the visit by Bob Langford by end of March/ beginning April.
With regard to the visit in February the agenda should contain the follow up steps/ measures and actions you captured during your visit last week. In addition I will add my topics accordingly. But I need the draft done by you as responsible sales person.
Please draft the agenda, prepare documents and contents as applicable and reasonable.
Again, your visit report in insufficient. No clear content which has been discussed and obviously no actions defined.
Hence my kind request will be to a) revise your report as explained in a separate email today … b) draft the above mentioned agenda for Feb visit (please make sure that 12. Feb could be met at the customer) … and c) align with Bob on his topics he intend to bring up.
We need you locally as leading person who is the responsible guy to develop the customer and who is mandatory for the partnership and sustainable approach in order to win the upcoming projects.
