Fulfillment Center Process Improvement Lead
The role
We are looking for someone to bring our fulfillment centers to the next level
• Work with Fulfillment center leadership to build and implement an improvement plan to meet critical warehouse and business need
• Develop a thorough, effective, and timely continuous improvement plan to meet our effectiveness & productivity targets
• Lead kaizen events and other activities that execute on the improvement plans
• Provide regular KPI reports with data and actions to measure progress against the plan objectives
• Work with our IT & product team to design features that will help deliver the required productivity improvements
• Train Warehouse leadership and other key personnel on Lean concepts
• Develop shop floor experts capable of driving Lean & 5S in their areas
• Maintain a detailed understanding of Lean & 5S best practices, share best practices and knowledge with the regional team
Candidate background
• 4-8 years Experience in Lean and / or Warehousing
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Highly energetic and self-motivated
• Results driven-focus on operations & scale
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
