Before the data analysis, the rating for Labeled Hedonic Scale was measured from the bottom of the scale in millimeters and translated into a range from 0 to 200.
One-way ANOVA was used to analyses the data followed by Bonferroni test for post hoc examination of differences among means.
To prevent carry ove effects or order bias, a randomized balanced incomplete block design was used with each panelist tasting 4 samples(Plan 11.10 Type I; Cochran 14, 0.86, and Cox 1957)
