Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide training to Corporate RM to acknowledge Cash Management product and process flow
- Coordinate with credit department and branch to ensure seamless relationship and deliver the highest satisfaction to clients
- Monthly account planning with RM to identify sale lead and potential customer
- Prepare call plan/ call report/ pipeline report to supervisor and update TB sale tracking data
- Regularly monitor customer account to ensure transaction volume and/ or profitability as agreed during sales
- Plan to visit and visit customer to present Cash Management products and services to maintain and increase sale revenue: Regular visit for Top 20 Customers/ Cross selling for existing customers/ Acquire new corporate customers
- Prepare price deviation and proposal propose to customer
- With a deal won, prepare service order to SOD send to Business Implementation team for further process of agreement issuing, system setup and implementation
- Coordinate with product development and implementation team to provide total solution to meet customer requirement
- Solve problem with scope of responsibility
- Monitor and manage his/ her individual and sub team portfolio revenue
- Provide a coaching, mentoring to team member to guide team to the right direction with align to team objective
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Japanese skill is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Strong experience with knowledge and expertise in Cash Management sales
