2. Greet all guests in a courteous manner – by name where possible.
3. Provide information about the facilities, services, and special events available.
4. Contribute to a high level of external and internal customer relationships by displaying prompt and courteous service.
5. Ensure that all department reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.
6. Actively promote and sell all available services.
7. To answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
8. To answer all guest questions regarding spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatment, and fitness benefits and tariffs.
9. To interact with guests, including but not limit to:
• Dealing with guest complaints
• Conducting spa & fitness tour
• Assisting with spa & fitness promotion
• Assisting with journalist visits and photo shoots
10. To identify, evaluate and solve guests complaints in timely manner.
11. To oversee group booking and interface with hotel property.
