This time no salary deduction. However we seriously need to think what punishment should we implement next time.
Everybody needs to understand,
- If you did something wrong then must inform your boss promptly.
- If you know “who did it” must inform as well.
- If you know but did not inform your boss, then same as accomplice.
He or She did not complete duty of reporting defect. Same responsibility as who made mistake.
Company will recognize as negligent for hiding information.
- Everybody is responsible for reporting accident.
I strongly do not want to have team members making it habit of not reporting in case of failure.
Company should not let anybody run away without punishment.
All we are asking is to inform your manager if you make mistake or have accident.
It should not be difficult. Very easy. This is minimum requirement for everybody.
Do you get it?
If we are not allowed to cut salary then…. we will reduce allowance for support lunch.
