Teh grievance process is an organizational justice system for resolving such disagreements, disputes, or conflicts. Grievance machinery serves various purposes; probably its most vital role is as a channel of communication for system personnel. Security of personnel is enhanced when they know there is a system on justice through which they can express discontent or dissatisfaction should the need arise.
