Abstract
Projects of alcohol from plant fungi in the stables. The aim was to determine the efficacy of alcohol in the inhibition of the stables. The alcohol from fermented plant three kinds of rice straw, wood grain and banana plants and three species of yeast. The ratio of the plant: water, yeast was 400: 200: 5,7 and 10 for a period of 9 days showed that the wood grain alcohol from fermented for a period of five days, can inhibit the fungus has averaged 0.15 square centimeters, seven days can inhibit mold. average 0.69 square centimeters and can inhibit fungal nine days on average 1.01 square centimeters. Alcohol from fermented rice straw, for a period of five days, can inhibit the fungus has averaged 0.42 square centimeters seven days can inhibit fungal 0.64 square centimeters and can inhibit fungal nine days on average 0.69 square centimeters. Alcohol from the fermented banana for a period of five days, can inhibit the fungus has averaged 0.69 square centimeters, seven days can inhibit the fungus has averaged 0.90 square centimeters and can inhibit fungal nine days on average 1.61 square centimeters. It was concluded that the alcohol from the fermented banana for a period of nine days, can inhibit the fungus.
