fat content = 0.7 ± 0.1 g/100 g; ash content = 2.1 ± 0.1 g/100 g; and
carbohydrates = 1.1 ± 0.1 g/100 g. Considering the high percentage
of protein and low fat contents, the GRS samples can be seen as
highly nutritious Mediterranean seafood product
