The article have purpose 1) To study role of Human Resource Officer to managing cultural change of personnel in the organization of globalization and 2) To suggest management process of cultural change of personnel in the organization of globalization. It found that role of Human Resource Officer which important in managing cultural change consist of 5 roles including 1) the role of strategy plan for the change 2) the role of communication understanding of personnel 3) the role of preparation for the change 4) the role of leadership in changing and 5) the other is the role in analysis the situations the cause resistance , the role in motivation occur changing , the role of organization management and the role of facilitate. And management process of cultural change of personnel consist of 6 process including 1) set goal 2) analysis situation in changing 3) set option and appropriate change method 4) plan for change 5) implement change and 6) evaluation the effect of change.
