You added the following reasons which I can understand:

but how do you track the following reason if they're not in the gdoc:
please clarify:
#customer unsatisfied with the product - how do you know that?
#not working - how do you know that?
#lost - why is it still on the list if lost?
And could you clarify what is defect with those productd with a '?' in column j, as google translate does not help. I filtered for them already so pls clarify what is defect and mark them as defect Y/N in column J.
