The key was keeping the system simple,concise and effective.Reviews took 15 minutes,weekly notes 1 or 2 pages,the chart was simple,and the software was simple. Because the community of practice was entirely local,the knowledge was stored in a physical room and it encouraged interaction.The information was useful and and accessible so people started going in the there before the meetings too.....
