As there has recently been a case whereby the leaving employees still receive email messages from our employee via the employee's personal webmail i.e. hotmail, gmail, etc., I would like to inform you that the act of forwarding your corporate email -> personal webmail -> external mail indicates the act of breaching the confidentiality clause in the employment agreement which you have agreed that "you shall not at any time while employed by the Employer disclose the information of the Employer". As this is a serious issue, I would like to remind all employees to refrain from forwarding the corporate email to personal webmail at all cause. Any action that violates the confidentiality clause which bring harm or damage to the Employer, we shall take necessary steps.
