1998–2010) for the proactive social behavior measures to ensure that
the proactive social behavior measures remained distinct after we adapted them from an organizational to an educational context. We ex- amined a 3-factor CFA model in which feedback seeking, instructor rela- tionship building, and general socializing were the latent constructs. The CFA results indicate a good fit for this 3-factor model: χ2 (32) = 76.65, p b .01, RMSEA = .08 (90% CI = .05 to .10), CFI = .96, SRMR = .04. In addi- tion, all items loaded significantly onto the appropriate latent constructs
