This PDR ran by a Mark Rapley, a bright and smart person that worked with me 4 month during 2014 and in which he spent with me less than 5 Days.
o 2 Days In Cambodia
o 2 Days in Myanmar
o and not more than 10 face to face accumulated hours in Bangkok
I can only assume that all my prior direct bosses were smart at least as Mark Rapley and when they chose to promote me and increase my salary, they knew what they are doing.
Despite having perform average or above average I now find myself on the receiving end of the most incredible injustices I have ever experience working in any company in my life.
Lastly, I can write only on behalf of myself, but I am sure that I represent many more that afraid to speak up or prefer to resign.
We all had high hopes for a change in company culture when Richard Joined SGGT, Sadly those hopes faded away.

I can only hope that someone will question the PDR and ask for explanations.
The fact that all my achievements are Zero / Below Requirements should raise serious credibility question about Mark and/or the process.
What should other Saint Gobain staff learn from my case?
