Most people do not realize the health problems until they started to have those problems and, all too often, it is a little too late to maintain good health. Aside from the backaches, many friends of mine have a sight problem due to the overuse of computers. Many people work on the computer for so long every day and have some common symptoms such as headaches and blurred vision. For some people, headaches occur so often that they turn into migraine.
I hope that all my friends will be aware of the danger of sitting at work for too long. Make sure that you often move around during the day and rest your eyes from the computer by looking at something else in a far distance.
