Horizontal Application
Upon receiving analysis results, the Corporate Quality Division issues received forms and horizontal application reference documents to the head of each region, plant managers within Japan, presidents of each Location, QA managers. By doing so, it requests a horizontal application of the Critical problems and the Quality Control division confirms the results of activities within 2 weeks as a principle. The results of horizontal application are posted on the past problem DB and the Quality Control division shall communicate the details to relevant divisions in each Location Each Location shall make sure that problem information received is shared by all associates in relevant divisions.
