In a desiccator with silica gel at the room temperature, the moisture contents of M. suaveolens seeds were dried from 80 g•kg-1 to 53, 42, 33, 23 and 16 g• in 17 days. The process of ultra-drying was declined quickly-slowly-steadily. When moisture contents were decreased to lower, the seed quality could kept at a relative stable state. M. suaveolens seeds may be ultradried
to a certain moisture content for storage.
