For point 1 , 2 and 6 : for problem with container damage , we have check list form and inform transporter and DHL team to check before pick up to factory.
For point 3 meeting with Manager of carrier or agent and commit to us that service at destination for settle local charge.
For point 4 meeting with Manager of carrier or agent and commit to us that change to use DHL and courier time is 1-2 days.
For point 5 for problem with container damage , we have check list form and inform transporter and DHL team to check before pick up to factory.
And informed agent or carrier put in your system for facing not good condition container and don’t charge any problem with container to our customer.
If customer facing any problem, carrier and agent must to solve by few day.
