Could you please check the problem regarding. We can't call from Cisco desk phones (WCY) to Sony mobile phones. Today 05.17 pm (Thailand time) the user called from Cisco phone # 972 to my Sony mobile phone [phone]. It ringing on the caller but, my Sony phones was not ringing and doesn't received the call. In a few days ago we also have this problem with number #922 can't call to [phone]. And I'm rather sure the problem happen with Sony but for Nokia, Samsung and iPhone are OK.
