Please find out from your service team what is it all about from the field.
His concerned with what ThaiMedicare (Thai GL) can do with bigger important customer if this customer can't satisfy...
He also said that if your service team is in the field, ThaiMedicare should be the one to tell us not customer. So for myself should know too!
