The system of classical yoga was compiled by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras, based upon older tradition going back to Vedictime. Called Raja Yoga, it cover the entire range of yogic practice from asana and pranayama to mantra and the many forms of meditation. This integral yoga parallels and integral Ayurveda that similarlity deals with all aspects of our nature from body soul and all possible healing methods from food to meditation.
