I would like to see for those who still not being move up to the said KPI level and must speedy yourself quickly, if there anything that you need assistance from your superior then don’t wait until the last minute before you receive the invitation to leave the company with free flight ticket
All the KPIs are based on the agreement of the company and client, hence this is compulsory for all of you to follow and maintain your performance appropriately. All the customer that we are being advise/serving and services must be in ‘High Priority’. I believed that all of you who has been selected to work with ESL project already qualified for customer service industry and to be part of the biggest Contact Center in SEAP (South East Asia Pacific) like ‘SCICOM’.
