Manage calendar to ensure appropriate use of time, ability to meet deadlines
Arrange travel , domestic and international; handle expense reporting
Request information/ action on behalf of managers, and ensure requests are fulfilled
Bring together appropriate people and resources to address issues, whether in meetings or remotely
Using appropriate electronic support tools (excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, sharepoint) , handle administrative tasks such as maintain files, draft correspondence, screen communications, prepare presentations and reports
Ensure confidentiality of critical and/or privileged information
