Career Paths
The initial results of job analyses are typically many separate and unique job descriptions and employee specifications-as many as there are unique jobs. And, increasingly, flexibility is what employers need. By identifying jobs that require similar competencies, a company can help employees see the logical progression that their careers might take if they stay with the company for a period of years.
