We have few KPI. It depends on what KPI you are referring when you are checking with Thierry.
For KPI 6 , time will be record at the time CLCC is set. As long as CLCC is not removed when you reopened the NOCO, KPI6 will not changed.
However, KPI4 as you know, it is measured the time when NOCO status is set, once yoe reopen the ticket, NOCO is removed and then after that you make any changes in the NCM and set the NOCO status, system will record the latest time which affect the KPI4.
It is correct that ,there is a screen pop up to have the field showing the current date and time when you try to mark complete. However, the date could not be dated back the time. Therefore NOCO date could not be date back.
In this case KPI4 will definitely be affected.
