3. Identify the goals resulting from the contexts, licensure or certification requirements (if applicable), your strengths and needs as an adult educator, and the expressed and/or observe needs of the learners. These goals can then be combined with the goals identified in step 2 above and placed in a list from most important for the learners to least important. This will help determine which of the goals, if not all of them, can and should be met through the learning activities.
