We are launching a project to understand how we can improve the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs tools, processes, cross-functional interactions, project management, workflows and other interdependencies to allow more time to work on innovation and new business support. As part of this project, we have developed a brief survey to gather information from our team. All information you provide will be confidential. The survey should take 20-30 minutes and will end on Friday, July 8 at 1pm New York time.
All MDLZ colleagues, contractors and interns performing scientific and regulatory affairs work are encouraged to participate in the survey to ensure we gather the full picture of opportunities and challenges.
Managers, if we have accidentally left off someone from the team please forward this email to them including all contractors, temporary employees, interns, etc.
Note: this survey is only for members of the Scientific Affairs and Regulatory Affairs teams at the Associate Director level and below and will not include members of the Specifications or Nutrition Strategy pillars of our organization.
