. Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to Starwood Hotels & Resorts and ?Aloft Bangkok ? Sukhumvit 11?, plus all other internal matters of F&B Office and Culinary Office;
2. Provide full secretarial assistance - preparation of general correspondence, handling telephone calls, organising appointments;
3. Provide secretarial support to other Excom, as needed;
4. Liaise with Executive Committee, Department Heads and Staff for necessary follow up on queries/deadlines/requests and special functions instigated by the Food & Beverage office;
5. Liaise with Executive Committee and Department Heads to ensure reporting deadlines to Regional office are met;
6. Process the Guest Feedbacks and Questionnaires, including review of responses prior to General Manager?s review and signature;
7. Prepare responses to guest correspondence for Food and Beverage Director?s review and signature, as needed;
8. As requested, co-ordinate Welcome Letters/Notes for all VIPs and Guest History guests, and ensure appropriate welcome amenities in place;
9. As requested, co-ordinate Welcome Letters for Conference VIPs;
10. Handle restaurant reservations;
11. Type Food and Beverage Menus and complete all administration required for the F&B outlets.
12. Compile reports for F&B venues as requested.
13. Liaise with Hotel guests and patrons;
14. Represent the F&B Management or Hotel Management, as appropriate.
15. Maintain an efficient filing and trace system;
16. Control the Office and Co-ordinate and support other Management? personal Assistants, as needed.
17. Uphold the Starwood Cares culture by demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.
18. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related ?Aloft Bangkok ? Sukhumvit 11? and Starwood Policies.
