Normally, Block made from Polymer that we use for printing on carton and Shipping mark-block It’s not block std. because we have to change artwork on carton such as lot no. , barcode, batch no. etc. in every PO that we received.
So why we required mark on carton should not over than 6-8 mark/item.
Because
1. For avoid a mistake, because if many mark  much confused and easier to mistake in production.
2. Limited of area, due to we have to cut off block and replace with the new one. So area have to big enough for cutting and replace it.
If font or area that we want to changed its too small.  we cannot cutting it.
3. Cost : if too many mark so we have to changed most of block in every lot. So cost is should increase. However, we didn’t charge it before.
