I am quite curious why are we downloading the same process, same product towards IT City but no missing power cord case founded and I have noticed this is not the first round we found this problem. The case is quite sensitive as half of the shipment has arrived at store front and some already sold to consumer while complain has started and this possibly impact towards our negative image in both branding and process efficiency.
Your advise and support to investigate this would be appreciated.
